We make it happen through the power of acceleration.The roleLead end‑to‑end PTC Windchill PLM solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business requirements, enterprise standards, and industry best practices.Define and validate the Windchill technical architecture, covering system landscape, integrations, customisations, performance, security, and scalability.Drive and oversee data migration from Siemens Teamcenter to PTC Windchill, including data assessment, mapping, transformation, validation, and migration tooling strategy.Provide expert guidance across relevant Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Change/Configuration Management, BOM/MBOM, CAD Data Management, etc.).Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to translate complex business processes into scalable PLM solution designs.Lead architecture governance, solution workshops, and technical design reviews, ensuring adherence to standards and maintaining delivery quality across global teams.Support deployment planning, performance optimisation, issue resolution, and post‑go‑live stabilisation as the senior technical authority for the Windchill platform.What You’ll Bring10 years of overall experience in PLM/enterprise engineering systems, including at least two full end‑to‑end PTC Windchill PLM implementations.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes, including CAD integration, BOM management, change management, and workflow management.Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional PLM specifications.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process design skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English.About UsWe’re a global team of innovators.
