Per importante cliente società per azioni a totale partecipazione pubblica che opera nel campo dell'energia, dalla distribuzione di gas alla vendita di energia elettrica e gas e teleriscaldamento sono alla ricerca di un/a Energy Project ManagerLa figura ricercata dovrà assicurare la gestione operativa delle Commesse, sia sotto il profilo tecnico, che economico - amministrativo, sovrintendendone la pianificazione ed il controllo dell'avanzamento. S'interfaccerà con enti, fornitori, subappaltatori e società di ingegneria; effettuerà la supervisione dei cantieri. Si occuperà in particolare di:conduzione dell'impianto di teleriscaldamento con cogenerazione, assumendone l'incarico di Responsabile Tecnico;Pubblica Illuminazione;Efficientamento edifici e gestione calore: Stesura di diagnosi energetiche e certificazione energetica degli edifici, verifica della rispondenza degli edifici e degli impianti alla normativa vigente, stima dei consumi attesi e gestione degli interventi di adeguamento normativo e riqualificazione energetica, studi di fattibilità e progetti preliminari con analisi tecnico-economica, acquisizione e/o gestione di finanziamenti, incentivi, bandi, attività di reportisticaStudio fattibilità di progetti in ambito energetico.La posizione riferisce al Direttore Generale.Requisiti indispensabili:Laurea in ingegneria, preferibilmente Energetica, Meccanica, ambiente e Territorio.Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in aziende operanti nel settore energetico;Patente di guida di categoria B.Requisiti preferenziali:Laurea specialisticaIscrizione all'AlboCertificazione EGEEsperienza nella conduzione e manutenzione impianti di tipo energetico: nello specifico cogenerazione, teleriscaldamento;Esperienza in realtà operanti nel settore dell'efficienza energetica (ESCO), conoscenza dell'iter per l'ottenimento degli incentivi statali.Esperienza nella razionalizzazione dei processi energetici: diagnosi, riqualificazioni di impianti termici ed edifici, revamping.Profilo candidato/a:Esperienza nella supervisione (ed eventuale direzione lavori) di cantieri, ovvero quale Project manager di commessa;Capacità di supervisione dei progetti sia in termini tecnici che economici;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Conoscenza ed utilizzo di programmi di disegno tecnico (es. AUTOCAD);Completano il profilo spirito di autonomia organizzativa ed intraprendenza, orientamento al risultato, propensione al lavoro di gruppo, proattività.Sede lavoro: Melzo (Milano)
