Sopra Steria, one of Europe’s leading technology consulting firms, is seeking a Software Delivery Architect to strengthen the Technical Delivery Team in the Industrialisation & AI‑Assisted Software Development domain. Responsibilities Design the team organisation and production process across the entire software development cycle – from integration, testing to release. Document processes, procedures and guidelines, ensuring consistency with company and client standards. Define change, version and release management processes for complex environments. Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI across coding, code review, documentation and automatic test generation. Introduce AI‑Assisted development models and workflows to improve productivity and quality. Automate the production process and maintain DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines. Supervise the software lifecycle – monitoring planning, progress and quality at all stages. Guarantee product quality through metrics, test automation and continuous integration/delivery processes. Support governance, conformance and operational support activities, verifying adherence to technical and security standards. Identify and resolve organisational, technical or relational issues promptly. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, efficiency and innovation, conducting periodic process reviews and retrospectives. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader in complex projects, coordinating teams of 5–10 resources. Proven implementation of CI/CD pipelines in medium‑to‑long cloud‑native projects (minimum 12 months). Strong experience in enterprise code development and use of Generative AI models for assisted code and technical documentation generation. Deep knowledge of software lifecycle models (waterfall, agile, iterative, incremental, TDD, BDD, etc.) and related tools such as Jira and Confluence. Mastery of DevSecOps tools (GitLab, SonarQube, Checkmarx, etc.) and code industrialisation practices (branching, pipeline, release management). Experience with AI code generation components (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, etc.). Knowledge of architectural (SPA, micro‑services, monoliths), design patterns and fluency in at least two programming languages (Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python). Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, result orientation and proactive problem‑solving mindset. English B2 level. Location: ASSAGO (MI) – full‑time with flexible smart‑working options.
