III)NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026).
