To fuel our growth we’re now expanding our vibrant team.Your Role You will be the driving force of InoHealth’s growth. Your mission is twofold:Commercial traction : Secure pilot customers, build and manage the sales pipeline, close first commercial deals, and develop partnerships.Investor engagement : Support fundraising by generating VC leads, shaping investor pitches, and co‑owning investor relationships with the leadership team.This role is bothstrategic and hands‑on : you will be building the foundation of our commercial success while helping attract the capital needed to scale.Key Responsibilities Commercial GrowthIdentify, secure, and managepilot customers(clinics, wellness centers, hospitals, employers).Build and prioritize ascalable sales pipelinewith clear conversion targets.Convert pilots intocommercial contracts , generating early revenue.Establish and managepartnershipswith labs, clinics, tech platforms, and hospitality groups.Represent InoHealth atindustry conferences and networking eventsto generate leads and elevate brand visibility.Act as the primary point of contact forkey client relationships , driving satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.Prepare and delivercommercial reports and insights for management , including revenue pipeline, deal status, and conversion metrics.Provide structuredmarket and commercial intelligenceto influence product roadmap, market fit, and positioning strategies.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to aligncommercial prioritieswith company growth.Investor EngagementDevelop and delivercompelling pitcheswith the CEO/COO.Generate newVC and investor leads(focus on US and Europe).Build strong, long‑term investor relationships and support fundraising rounds.Providemarket and commercial insightsto strengthen business cases and financial forecasts.What We’re Looking For7+ years inbusiness development, partnerships, or commercial roles , ideally in digital health (e.g. DTx), diagnostics (e.g.: IVD), or wellness tech.Proven track record ofsecuring pilots and closing B2B/B2B2C dealswith long sales cycles.Experience ininvestor engagementand familiarity with VC processes.Strategic thinker with ahands‑on, entrepreneurial approach .Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and investors.Fluent in English; German and French are a strong advantage.EU/Swiss passport or valid work permit.Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).PreferredExperience inlongevity, preventive medicine, or diagnostics .Establishednetwork in healthcare and/or VC ecosystems .Familiarity with startup scaling and fundraising cycles.Why Join UsDirect impact : Be the growth engine of a company redefining preventive health.Dual focus : Shape commercial traction and contribute to fundraising success.Career evolution : Grow into a Head of Growth/CCO role as we scale.Remote‑first flexibilitywith support for co‑working and setup.Team culture : Small, ambitious, international team with biannual retreats.Purpose‑driven mission : Extend healthy years of life through science and technology.Ready to shape the future of preventive healthcare?Submit your application with a cover letter and CV.
