Lavorerai nel team che si occupa di Commercial Law presso la nostra sede di Milano.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesSvolgerai, con un crescente grado di autonomia, attività di consulenza in ambito sia giudiziale che stragiudiziale ad ampio raggio e in particolare: Ricerca giuridica su tematiche di diritto civile e commerciale; Redazione di atti giudiziali; Redazione e revisione della contrattualistica d’impresa; Partecipazione alla negoziazione con le controparti contrattuali; Predisposizione di pareri e note in materia societaria e commerciale. Our RequirementsRispondi al profilo che cerchiamo se sei un/a neo Avvocato/a con competenze maturate nell’ambito della contrattualistica d’impresa e del contenzioso civile e hai un inglese fluente.
