Il Principe di Savoia, storico e prestigioso hotel di Milano, che fa parte della Dorchester Collection, una delle migliori compagnie di hotel di lusso al mondo, cerca per la propria struttura una figura di Restaurant Supervisor che si aggiungerà al team del nostro Ristorante Acanto.Sarà una figura chiave nel Team del Ristorante, che promuove il Lavoro di squadra e attraverso la sua Personalità diventa un punto di riferimento per ospiti, colleghi e collaboratori.Riporterà al Restaurant Manager, supportandolo nelle varie attività quotidiane del Ristorante Acanto, guiderà il lavoro degli chef de rang e dei commis, assicurandosi che abbiano chiare le loro responsabilità e li incoraggerà a mantenere un coinvolgimento alto e un forte senso di appartenenza.Principali mansioni e responsabilità:- Garantisce un servizio personalizzato agli ospiti prendendosi cura delle loro richieste e anticipando i loro bisogni - Incoraggia i propri collaboratori a costruire relazioni significative con gli ospiti per raccogliere preziosi feedback sulla qualità dei prodotti e dei servizi - Mantiene un contatto continuo e diretto con la Cucina al fine di portare avanti il lavoro in modo uniforme e armonico - Promuove la comunicazione all'interno del suo team e coi i colleghi degli altri repartiIn Dorchester Collection ci facciamo ispirare quotidianamente dai nostri valori di Passione, Personalità, Rispetto, Lavoro di Squadra e Creatività.
