This opportunity offers a chance to contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to a dynamic, digitally evolving pharmaceutical landscape.**What You’ll Do**As a Sales Representative, you’ll be empowered to:* Engage with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)Build trusted relationships through a hybrid engagement model—combining face-to-face visits with digital channels—to deliver impactful, tailored solutions.* Drive Strategic Territory PlanningAnalyze data to identify opportunities, prioritize actions, and align with cross-functional teams to maximize territory performance.* Deliver Consultative ValueGo beyond product promotion—listen actively, understand HCP needs, and co-create solutions that improve patient outcomes.* Collaborate Cross-FunctionallyPartner with medical, marketing, and access teams to ensure seamless execution and consistent value delivery.* Upskill & InnovateStay ahead of industry trends by leveraging Ai and digital tools, omnichannel strategies, and continuous learning opportunities.**What We’re Looking For****Required Qualifications:*** Scientific Degree (as per D.Lgs. 219/2006)* English proficiency (minimum B2 level)* Previous experience as ISF/Product Specialist**Preferred Attributes:*** High learning agility and digital fluency* Strong communication and analytical skills* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, hybrid environment* Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on patient-centric solutions* Experience in omnichannel engagement and
