Junior CRM Engineer

Purpose of PositionYour location : Any country where Awin has an office. You will be able to work from home most of the time if you are based in one of these countries.As a Junior CRM Engineer you will be part of the project team involved in the implementation of Salesforce new features (primarily Service Cloud and potentially Sales Cloud) at Awin. You will also be joining a team of CRM engineers and specialists reporting to the CRM Engineering Manager within the CRM department. In this position, you will also be responsible for the day‑to‑day user management, maintenance and continuous roll‑out of Salesforce features.Key TasksParticipate to the CRM team sprints to implement features supporting the defined roadmapWork closely with CRM Business Analyst and / or CRM Architects to understand requirements and deliver best of class solutionsImplement scalable solutions in Apex, LWCs, SOQL, integrations (REST, Platform Events) and configuration (Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, etc.)Participate in the creation of technical designs with best practises in mindTroubleshoot Salesforce platform errors and propose possible solutions considering pros & consEnsure long term success by creating and maintaining technical documentationSkills & Expertise1 years+ hands‑on experience working with SalesforceProficient in Apex, LWCs and Flow BuilderFamiliarity with Salesforce APIs and integration patternsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plusRelevant Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer (I and II) and Platform App Builder is a plusExperience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GearSet) and CI / CD pipelines is a plusHighly customer and service orientedAbility to carry on tasks in autonomy and feedback on progress in a timely mannerExcellent communication skills in EnglishOur OfferFlexi-Week and Work-Life Balance: We prioritise your mental health and wellbeing, offering you a flexible four-day Flexi-Week at full pay and with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.
