Performance Media & Analytics Specialist Acqua di Parma, where timeless craft meets vibrant spirit. MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES Within the E-Commerce & CRM Team reporting to the person in charge of the Data Media & Analytics area, the Performance Media and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and optimizing return on ad spend through expert analysis, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key performance channels, with a focus on Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting. This hands‑on role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in performance media platforms, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. The Specialist will also lead, coordinate, and challenge external agencies, collaborating closely with the broader marketing team to ensure full‑funnel alignment. The main responsibilities are:Lead the relationship with external agencies managing Google Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and Retargeting campaigns, providing strategic direction, proactive performance analysis, and constructive feedback to ensure alignment with business goals, platform best practices, and optimized results. Drive revenue growth by closely monitoring and optimizing key business KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, …), providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and agencies, and challenging agencies to develop and implement innovative strategies and tactics, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Implement and maintain tracking and analytics solutions (e.g., Google Analytics) to ensure accurate data collection, attribution, and reporting, while also monitoring market trends, innovations in performance media, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across the entire marketing funnel, from initial awareness to conversion and retention, and develop/present data‑driven insights and recommendations to the marketing team and management, highlighting key trends, agency performance, and opportunities for improvement. Suggest, implement, and analyze A/B tests to improve campaign performance, ensuring agency involvement and contribution.REQUIREMENTSProven experience in end-to-end campaign management, from strategy development to hands‑on execution and optimization. Strong working knowledge of marketing and analytics tools and technologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, affiliate marketing platforms, tag management systems). Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Experience within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG, particularly with eCommerce/DTC brands and direct contact with Media agency and with US/APAC markets would be considered a plus. Strong aptitude for analytics and a natural affinity for numbers, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics. Collaborative and communicative approach with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
