Design Manager

In this role you will:Manage the successful delivery of the design packages and ensure that the business benefit is delivered Coordinate with project partners to ensure the delivery is within scope, on time, using agreed resources and is to a high quality Lead a team of design members, ensuring that the requirements of all project stages are delivered in accordance with the Capital Project Delivery Process Develop robust reporting to ensure timely decision‑making Own the design change register, identifying & reviewing any changes and obtaining the required authorization for changes in scope Ensure design documents are complete, updated and stored appropriately at all stages Seek new areas for improvement through active reviews of the design packages, communicating good practices and lessons learnedWe would love to hear from you if you:Have a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, with an additional Master’s degree in engineering management, technical management or business administration – a distinct advantage Experience working on Data Centers (preferred) Have a Project Management qualification or are on the path to complete it.
