OverviewDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro. Cerchiamo una risorsa da inserire nella nostra sede di Roma che sappia unire strategia, scrittura e gestione operativa dei progetti di comunicazione. Una figura capace di coordinare team (grafica/video), gestire interlocutori anche istituzionali e trasformare brief in contenuti chiari, coerenti ed efficaci.ResponsabilitàIdeazione e scrittura di piani di comunicazione (obiettivi, target, messaggi, canali, output).Gestione operativa di progetti: raccolta esigenze cliente, briefing, organizzazione attività, timing e deliverable.Copywriting per social (post, caption, claim, script brevi per reel) anche in contesti istituzionali.Realizzazione di piani editoriali e coordinamento della produzione contenuti.Coordinamento di grafici e operatori video (interni/esterni), revisioni e controllo qualità.Presenza a eventi quando necessario: riprese con smartphone e montaggio reel.RequisitiEsperienza o competenze solide su piani di comunicazione e piani editoriali.Capacità di gestire team e fornitori (brief, feedback, consegne).Ottime competenze di scrittura e sensibilità al tone of voice, anche in contesti istituzionali.Disponibilità a trasferte su Roma e, quando richiesto, in Italia (frequenza variabile in base ai progetti).Inglese (livello operativo).Conoscenza base dei principali tool per grafiche e video (Canva e/o Adobe, strumenti di editing video).FormazioneLaurea (o percorso equivalente) in ambiti come: Scienze della Comunicazione, Marketing, Relazioni Pubbliche (o affini).Preferibile aver seguito master/corsi su comunicazione digitale, content strategy, social media, video editing.PlusEsperienza su progetti con PA/istituzioni o su ambiti turismo/sport.Uso di strumenti di project management (Basecamp/Trello/Notion o simili).Approccio data-informed (KPI/insight social anche base).Sede e modalitàRoma — lavoro in sedeContrattoContratto e inquadramento da definire in base all'esperienza.#J-18808-Ljbffr
