How you’ll make an impactEnsure timely, accurate reporting to authorities and prepare technical compliance documentation Develop, maintain, and improve material compliance governance, processes, and long‑term strategy Assess global regulatory developments and identify their impact on the product portfolio Represent the company in external meetings, regulatory consultations, and industry associations Drive cross‑functional collaboration to enhance compliance processes and data quality Strengthen lifecycle management for material compliance data and documentation Work with supply chain partners and R&D team to ensure complete, high‑quality compliance informationYour backgroundPhD or master’s degree in chemistry Strong expertise in material compliance regulations and global frameworks (REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS) Min. 3 years experience implementing global material compliance processes across interdisciplinary teams Skilled in managing large compliance datasets with strong attention to traceability and audit readiness Familiarity with onboarding compliance tools such as Makersite, IPS, or BOMcheck is an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to deliver training sessions Collaborative team player with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and set clear goals Business fluent in EnglishMore about us Our flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow.
