As the Lobby Bar & Wagon Bar Manager you will lead with excellence in a fast-paced luxurious environment ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing the team operations and profitability of the bar.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & ManagementLead, motivate and develop a passionate service-oriented team.Recruit, onboard and continuously train team members to deliver outstanding service.Efficiently schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours.Guest Experience & Service ExcellenceDeliver a seamless and memorable guest experience by anticipating and exceeding guest needs.Engage with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and promptly resolve any concerns.Maintain a unique and immersive atmosphere by managing ambiance music and presentation.Operational OversightOversee daily operations including inventory management, product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistent service quality.Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure ingredient quality and menu consistency.Financial Performance & OptimizationAchieve and exceed financial targets through effective cost control and sales strategies.Analyze financial reports to identify improvement opportunities and adjust operations accordingly.Explore new revenue streams such as private events and partnerships.Innovation & Industry AwarenessStay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance the bar’s offerings and guest experience.Introduce creative ideas to improve operations and overall bar vibe.QualificationsMinimum 3 years experience managing a bar or restaurant, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.Strong organizational skills, leadership ability and keen attention to detail.In‑depth knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations.Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.Proactive hands‑on attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.Professional and polished appearance in line with brand standards.Additional InformationA competitive package (base salary and yearly bonus).Medical Insurance integrating Collective Labor Agreement one and extended to the family.Ticket Restaurant.Annual leave.ALL - Heartist Program: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at all Accor locations and partner venues worldwide.Learning & Development: Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑timeKey SkillsCulinary ExperienceRestaurant ExperienceKitchen Management ExperienceAloha POSPurchasingHospitality ExperienceBartendingManagement ExperienceServing ExperienceBusiness ManagementCost ControlRestaurant ManagementExperienceyearsVacancy1#J-18808-Ljbffr
