You’ll work remotely with approximately 6–8 site visits per month across Italy, gaining exposure to diverse protocols and therapeutic areas - including niche treatments, blockbuster drugs, and innovative study designs.>What makes this opportunity stand out?A dedicated manager focused on supporting you - not billable work.Clear communication channels and collaborative teams sharing one voice of clinical expertise.Cutting-edge digital tools and flexible monitoring strategies.Tailored onboarding, structured development programs, and real career progression opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesFull site management from start-up to close-out.Conduct feasibility, pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits (Phase I–III).Prepare and attend investigator meetings; manage clinical supplies and drug safety follow-up.Perform SDV, CRF review, regulatory document checks, and drug accountability.Report and follow up on adverse events and serious adverse events.Assess patient recruitment and retention.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years’ proven CRA experience.Strong organizational skills and willingness to travel within Italy.Salary & Benefits45,000–€52,000 plus car allowance, with additional benefits and career development opportunities.Interested?
