Gi Group, Agenzia per il Lavoro cerca per importante cliente nel settore ospitalità un/una Restaurant Supervisor da inserire presso un Hotel di alto livello a Roma. Il/La candidato/a sarà responsabile della supervisione operativa del servizio ristorazione, garantendo standard di qualità, customer care e efficienza del team in un contesto di alto livello.Principali responsabilitàControllo degli acquisti giornalieri per le varie cucine, bar e negozi.Elaborazione e Controllo delle fatture per la conferma di ricezione della merce.Controllo dei costi unitari per garantire che siano addebitati in base al prezzo contrattuale.Controlli a campione sulla ricezione delle merci per garantire che siano conformi alle specifiche stabilite dalla direzione.Conoscenza delle politiche e delle procedure HACCP e garantire che tutte le procedure siano condotte in modo sicuro e nel rispetto delle linee guida, assicurandosi che i propri diretti subordinati facciano lo stesso.Preparazione e monitoraggio delle dichiarazioni IVA mensili e annuali.Implementare e mantenere tutti i rendiconti fiscali richiesti dalle leggi fiscali esistenti e dalle nuove leggi (di qualsiasi tipo).Mantenere i controlli sulle imposte comunali e preparare i pagamenti trimestrali alla banca municipale.Risolvere piccole questioni relative alle richieste di rimborso fiscale con l'ufficio delle imposte.Assistere il consulente incaricato nella risoluzione delle richieste di rimborso fiscale.Collaborare con la SIAE per i pagamenti mensili e straordinari.Tipo di contratto:Contr iniziale di 6 mesi con assunzione in somministrazione. Successivamente proroga diretta con possibile indeterminato.Riposi: 2 giorni di riposo settimanali.Luogo di lavoro: Roma zona Magliana.Orario: Full time su turni.Contratto: 3° livello con RAL di 29k.RequisitiAlmeno 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Restaurant Supervisor o equivalente.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (fluente).Eccellenti doti di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving.Predisposizione al lavoro in contesto alberghiero e internazionale.Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e nei giorni festivi, se richiesti.Esperienza nel settore e capacità di interazione empatica e sorridente con gli ospiti.Titolo e beneficiOpportunità di lavorare con un cliente prestigioso nel settore alberghiero.Supporto e sviluppo professionale in contesto HR/agenzia.Come candidarsiInviare CV aggiornato in italiano/inglese e una breve lettera di presentazione a #J-18808-Ljbffr
