Brand Manager META+Are you ready to make a difference in the world of rare diseases? As our Brand Manager META+, you'll be at the forefront of defining tactical plans and implementing marketing activities to achieve business objectives.Reporting to Alexion’s Franchise Lead, you will tailor disease and product strategies to optimally enter and grow a diverse portfolio of products at various lifecycle stages. With therapeutic areas ranging from Rare Tumors to Endocrinology, Bone, and Metabolic diseases, you will contribute to designing disease strategies and strive for executional excellence in operationalizing initiatives.AccountabilitiesStrategic Leadership & Market IntelligenceCo‑lead therapeutic area market analysis and patient journey mapping with Franchise LeadConduct comprehensive market research including competitive analysis, trends, and scenariosIdentify strategic opportunities and business challengesCross‑Functional Collaboration & PlanningPartner with Field Force, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Value & Access teamsCoordinate integrated pre‑commercial and commercial activities aligned with disease strategyCollaborate with Global / Regional counterparts on strategy development and implementationFinancial Management & PerformanceDevelop revenue KPI models and monitor investment performance using data‑driven insightsManage therapeutic area budgets and resource allocationEnsure end‑to‑end project execution and prioritizationCommercial Execution & Field SupportDrive innovative sales programs with National Sales Lead and Regional
