This role is part of Alcon’s Sales & Sales Support function, a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly. ResponsibilitiesDrive scientific engagement with Medical Experts and implement clinical and educational strategies Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries and educate Medical Experts on medical/scientific information Develop and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country strategy Support Alcon clinical research programs and optimize trial execution, including facilitating the Investigator Initiated Trial process upon investigator request Establish and implement a sales/business plan for a designated client base, developing customer development strategy and Key
