As a Benefit Company, we’re committed to sustainability—every Huro is actively involved in our Corporate Social Responsibility projects.We are hiring an AI/ML Engineerwith 1–2 years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and deploy autonomous agents, conversational flows, and robust document-processing systems powered by LLMs. You will focus on building action‑oriented systems that automate real business workflows to create intelligent assistants capable of executing tasks.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Agentic Workflows : Build and refine advanced AI agents using modern orchestration frameworks like Google Agent Development Kit and custom code to create seamless user experiences that can perform complex, multi‑step tasks.Engineer Prompt & RAG Solutions : Design effective prompt logic and implement Advanced RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval, document classification, and context‑aware interactions.Model Development & Ops : Train, evaluate, and serve ML models using Cloud AI platforms, managing the full lifecycle (Pipelines, Model Registry, Endpoints) to ensure optimal production performance.Evaluation & Observability : Implement systematic evaluation strategies to monitor agent performance (accuracy, hallucinations, latency), leveraging Vertex AI observability frameworks.Integrate Systems & Workflows : Connect AI agents and models with internal and external services via RESTful APIs and webhooks.Collaborate Cross‑Functionally : Work closely with product and business teams to translate complex requirements into valuable AI services.MandatoryCoding Proficiency : Good coding skillsin Python . Proficiency with data manipulation (e.g., Pandas) is required. Experience with backend frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) to serve your AI applications is essential.Cloud AI Platfo rms: Proven hands‑on experience with any major Cloud provid er (GCP, AWS, or A zure) for building ML syste ms. Specific knowledge of GCP and Vertex AI is a plus.LLM Agent Framewo rks: Practical experience with any orchestration framework, such as Agent Development L it, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaI ndex.Prompt Engineering & LLM Us age: Solid understanding of LLM architecture, including tokens, context windo ws, function cal ling, and temperature settings.Machine Learning Fundament als: Firm grasp of core ML concepts like overfitting and model evaluation metrics (e.g., precision, accuracy, confusion matrix).
