This job is ideal for support workers who have initiative and enjoy taking a flexible approach to supports each day. We offer the opportunity to work with a variety of clients who need support in their own homes or out in the community.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport clients in their homes and in the community, providing a combination of life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivation.Qualifications & RequirementsExperienced support worker with community or residential environment experience.Ability to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life.Strong life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivational skills.Weekend availability.Own vehicle and full driver’s licence.Level 2, Level 3, or Level 4 healthcare qualification essential.Applicants without a healthcare qualification may not be considered.Application PeriodWe are closed from 19th December until 5th January, we will contact you after then.Apply for Job#J-18808-Ljbffr
