And now we’re expanding to help millions more drivers in the UK and Spain.To help fuel that growth, we need a **Product Manager** to join our **Product Teams** (Customer Support, Mobile Customer Experience, Conversion and Quoting)**.**You’ll help build products that deliver real value for our users and the business — shaping the vision, driving the roadmap, and turning ideas into meaningful outcomes.What you'll do:- Define the product: work with engineering and business teams to build the product vision, shape the roadmap and translate it into clear product requirements and specifications.- Product discovery: partner with users, operations, and data teams to uncover pain points and opportunities. Validate ideas through research, experimentation, and fast iterations to ensure we build solutions that truly deliver value.- Prioritisation and planning: prioritise initiatives and plan development activities with your cross-functional teams and stakeholders, balancing impact, effort, and business needs.- Product delivery: collaborate with an agile, cross-functional team to successfully execute the roadmap. Align day-to-day work, facilitate delivery, and ensure everyone is moving towards the same goals.- Stakeholder management: work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.What we're looking for:- Product-minded: 3+ years of experience building software products with tangible impact- Analytical and pragmatic: you break down problems, back up decisions with data, and keep your eye on the outcome- Agile-savvy: comfortable driving product development with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments- Clear communicator: able to convey ideas across disciplines and cultures; fluent in English- Adaptable: you roll with change, stay curious and push yourself (and your team) to keep improving- Tech-comfortable: you’ve worked with complex systems and can navigate technical conversations with easeNice-to-have:- Global perspective: experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse teams- Insurance know-how: familiarity with the insurance industry or other regulated sectors**Why you’ll love it here**We want to make Prima a happy and empowering place to work.
