This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and committed to providing exceptional support to airline customers. As a representative, you will assist passengers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.ResponsibilitiesManage customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and chat in ItalianProvide accurate information on flights, baggage policies, and travel regulationsAssist customers with reservation modifications and provide support during the check-in processResolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfactionDocument all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keepingCollaborate with airline personnel and other departments to enhance customer service deliveryStay informed about airline promotions, services, and travel advisories to provide relevant assistanceRequirementsFluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plusPrior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industryStrong communication skills and a friendly, patient approach to customer interactionsAbility to handle inquiries and complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with airline reservation systems and customer service software is desirableWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as neededRelocation to Greece is required for this positionBenefitsCompetitive Monthly Salary2 Extra Salaries Per YearFully Paid Relocation PackageFully Paid TrainingHealth InsuranceAnd Much More..#J-18808-Ljbffr
