You’ll support the design team in developing architectural concepts, 3D models, technical drawings, and project documentation. The role involves active participation in all phases of the design process, from preliminary research to executive production, working alongside international Senior team members. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, with a solid technical foundation and strong design sensitivity.Key responsibilitiesSupport in developing architectural concepts and design proposals2D/3D modeling and production of graphic drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details)Basic BIM modeling, information extraction from the model, and layout preparationPreparation of presentations, moodboards, and materials for clients and stakeholdersCollaboration with the team in drafting technical documentationResearch on materials, technologies, and design referencesParticipation in site visits and inspectionsKey requirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or equivalentAdvanced proficiency in English (reading, listening, and writing)Intermediate proficiency in ItalianIntermediate CAD skills (AutoCAD, Rhino)Basic BIM skills (Revit)Intermediate 3D modeling skills (Rhino)Intermediate proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAttention to detail and aesthetic sensitivityStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in the sports industryDesirable qualitiesExperience (even brief) in architecture or engineering firmsRegistration with a professional Italian board in Architecture or Civil/Environmental EngineeringKnowledge of Italian building regulationsKnowledge of national and international sports regulationsProficiency in rendering software (V‑Ray, Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.)Skills in computational design (Grasshopper, Dynamo)Interest in sustainability, innovative materials, and digital processesAbout The StudioOur Milan office space is located in the heart of the city’s historic district.
