Müller's Solutions is actively seeking a talented BMC Helix Consultant / Solution Architect to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will harness your deep understanding of the BMC Helix platform to create, implement, and enhance solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design architecture, and ensure that our solutions provide the highest value and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to identify and analyze their business requirements and technical specificationsArchitect and configure BMC Helix solutions that align with client objectives and workflowsLead the implementation process, ensuring that best practices are followed throughoutProvide technical expertise and support during system testing, deployment, and post-implementation activitiesCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and user guidesStay current on BMC Helix updates and industry trends to continually improve solutionsConduct training sessions and workshops for client teams to enable effective use of Helix solutionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or solution architect role focused on BMC HelixExtensive knowledge of the Helix platform, including its architecture and various functionalitiesProficiency in designing client‑centric solutions through a deep understanding of business processesStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on delivering high‑quality resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and teamsAbility to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a remote work environmentBMC Helix certifications are highly desirableSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Müller's Solutions by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
