Ha una eccezionale conoscenza dei prodotti e la capacità di costruire relazioni durature.I nostri Sales Associate vivono e respirano i valori del marchio Leica, creando un'esperienza calda, coinvolgente e memorabile. La persona selezionata avrà il compito di gestire e promuovere il processo di vendita in accordo con le politiche aziendali. Ricoprirà un ruolo chiave all’interno dello Store, che richiede competenze trasversali, relative ad ambiti differenti: fondamentali saranno le tecniche di vendita, le capacità inerenti alla sfera relazionale e al rapporto con il cliente, il Team work. Riporterà direttamente allo Store Manager/Store Coordinator.Competenze- Ha una buona conoscenza degli strumenti IT (Sap), Office, CRM e della lingua inglese- Deve possedere una forte propensione al lavoro in team unitamente ad un approccio dinamico ed entusiasta;- Sa sviluppare relazioni durature con i clienti con l’obiettivo di fidelizzarli e ampliarne la customer base;- È in grado di lavorare con l’ausilio di strumenti CRM per la gestione delle relazioni- Sa lavorare in squadra e fornisce un contributo attivo al raggiungimento, nonché al superamento degli obiettivi di fatturato;- Sa riconoscere, contestualizzare e rispettare le regole aziendali.- Sa valutare e riportare al responsabile dello Store indicazioni a valore aggiunto provenienti dall’attività quotidiana del punto vendita e dal mercato.- Sa parlare correttamente in inglese (la conoscenza verrà testata in sede di colloquio).- Conosce le macchine fotografiche e ne padroneggia l’uso.Responsabilità- assistere i clienti durante la prova dei prodotti e i relativi processi di acquisto;- gestire correttamente e con precisione il corretto flusso dei pagamenti;- garantire il giusto assortimento di prodotti in vetrina e stock vendite;- Mantenere in ordine gli spazi comuni ed il visual del punto vendita- conoscere le caratteristiche dei prodotti e le promozioni aziendali;- conoscere e valutare i prodotti usati;- gestire le problematiche dei clienti coordinandosi con il Customer Care;- rispettare le guidelines sull’abbigliamento e le procedure di gestione del cliente in accordo con il responsabile dello Store.
