Her / His duties will include conducting detailed financial analyses participating in budgeting and forecasting and providing insights that will inform strategic decisions. She / He will work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and contribute to long term financial planning.ResponsibilitiesForecasting & BudgetingAssist in preparing monthly quarterly and annual forecasts for MEA commercial operationsSupport the annual budgeting process collaborating with commercial teams to gather inputs and validate assumptionsMaintain and update financial models to reflect changing business dynamicsSales & Orders Flash ReportingCoordinate and compile weekly Sales and Orders Flash reports and load in OneStreamAnalyze variances vs. forecast and prior periods providing commentary and actionable insightsEnsure timely and accurate data submission across MEA marketsPerformance AnalysisMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across MEA commercial segmentsHelp prepare dashboards and visualizations using Power BISystem & Process SupportUtilize OneStream for financial consolidation reporting and variance analysisEnsure data integrity and consistency across systemsSupport process improvements and automation initiatives within FP&AStakeholder CollaborationSupport MEA FP&A Manager partnering with Sales Marketing and Operations teams to understand business driversAssist Senior FP&A Analyst in preparing presentations for leadership reviewsRequired QualificationsA bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories principles and concepts.Strong ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.Proficiency in building models to forecast financial outcomesKnowledge of financial software and systems such as Excel, PBI OneStream (optional)Willingness to work collaboratively with various project teams and stakeholders.Fluency in EnglishLOCATION :Montecchio Maggiore (VI)CONTRACT :PermanentBENEFIT :Company canteen and company bonusJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage conservation and re-use.
