We connect like-minded millennials and send them on adventures to 300+ destinations worldwide.We're on a mission to design and deliver experiences worth living and sharing, through rewriting the rules of the travel industry.About the roleJob title: Principal Digital Product Manager - DemandThis role belongs to TECH&PRODUCT departmentLocation: Full remote or Hybrid (Milan)Full remote preferred locations: France, Germany, Italy (Milan), Spain, UKEmployment type: Permanent, full timeSalary range: 90-100K + BONUS + MEAL VOUCHERSWhat you\'ll doOur upper funnel demand team imagines the ideal experience for our consumers and works backwards, creating innovative products to delight our consumers as they search for our products and engage with our international websitesDevelop strategic and empathetic insight for our consumersOwn and drive the overall roadmap for consumer engagement from first landing on our website to choosing the right product to buy, which may last from days to monthsLead initiatives to better match consumer intents in time and space with effective digital solutions that increase engagement and utilityMaintain and prioritize the product backlog for driving business and user outcomesDrive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design, User Research) and key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) to ensure initiatives are prioritized for wider roll-out or piloted to test and learnProven experience with end-to-end product delivery (writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes)Extensive experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a productExtensive experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a productRapid prototyping, validate your strategy, run quick analyses and more using AI LLM-based toolsWhat we\'re looking for8+ years of experience in product management roles in digital-first or technology-led product companiesDemonstrated success in crafting and scaling international consumer products, with measurable impact on user engagement and business KPIsStrong analytical mindsetPractical experience in user research and UI/UXHands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle and in AI tools to boost individual and team productivityExtensive experience working with cross-functional teamsExcellent project management, scheduling and prioritisation skillsYou will love working at WeRoad ifYou dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
