Con experiencia práctica y conocimiento acumulado a lo largo de años de trabajo en los mercados farmacéuticos avanzados de todo el mundo, Celltrion Healthcare ha venido asegurando canales de distribución y brindando a los pacientes, biosimilares a precios asequibles.We are searching for highly motivated congress and marketing support specialist with a good scientific background and a previous experience in a similar role in multinational Companies to join our Commercial Department/Marketing Team.The new colleague will take care of supporting the marketing function in managing local, national, and international congresses and events and provide marketing strategies and materials in a rapidly developing Company with a strong product pipeline across multiple therapeutic areas.Joining the Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, the new resource will be responsible for:* Coordinate and execute the logistics of marketing activities for congresses, ensuring seamless organization and timely delivery in line with strategic objectives.* Support the development and execution of marketing plans for congresses, including pre-event promotion, on-site activities, and post-event follow-up.* Act as the main point of contact for all aspects related to congress management, from planning to post-event evaluation.* Work closely with the Field Force team to create engaging and informative materials that support their activities during congresses and beyond.* Design and produce marketing tools (brochures, presentations, promotional materials) in alignment with international branding standards and key messaging.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing materials meet the needs of the sales force and are compliant with local regulatory standards.* Assist in the creation and delivery of training content to support the Field Force in utilizing marketing materials effectively.* Track and report on congress performance, gathering insights for future events and ongoing marketing strategies.* Support the Marketing and Product Manager in building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific associations.* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and local regulatory requirements to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.Essential requirements:* Scientific Degree in medicine, pharmacy, biology or equivalent.* Fluency in English.* Congress management and pharmaceutical marketing previous experience.* Experience in the creation of marketing materials and supporting sales teams.* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and content creation.* Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry’s regulatory and compliance frameworks.* Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box and create engaging content.* Strong presentation and communication skills.* Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.* Team Oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.* Ability to analyse event performance and gather actionable insights.Workplace: MilanCelltrion Group provides biosimilar and innovative biopharmaceutical medications to help increase patient access to advanced therapies around the world.Celltrion Group offers biologics to about 110 countries, along with more than 30 global partners around the world.
