We have been recognized globally, ranking 6th and 3rd on the Appsflyer Performance Index, and were named among the Top 10 fastest-growing startups in Italy and Top 100 in Europe by the Financial Times.What will you do?Dashboard & ReportingDesign, build, and maintain interactive Looker dashboards connected to BigQuery / SQL.Automate recurring reporting workflows and ensure ongoing data accuracy and consistency.Predictive Modeling & AlgorithmsDevelop and validate models for ROI, LTV, churn prediction, and other key business metrics.Apply clustering, anomaly detection, and advanced analytics techniques to identify user segments, fraud patterns, and optimization opportunities.Data Analysis & InsightsAnalyze publisher-level and user-level data to uncover trends, behavioral patterns, and growth opportunities.Lead anti-fraud investigations by identifying suspicious activity, quantifying risk exposure, and producing clear, data-supported reports with actionable mitigation strategies.Perform ad hoc analyses to support offer optimization, campaign performance reviews, and broader business decisions.Data Engineering & AutomationBuild scripts and tasks to automate and clean data pipelines (e.g., retroactive field filling in BigQuery).Improve BigQuery query performance and cost efficiency through partitioning, clustering, and SQL best practices.Operational SupportConduct funnel reporting and analysis by extracting metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue) from BigQuery and delivering clear, structured Excel-based summaries using custom templates and macros.What will you need?Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer role with hands‑on expertise in BigQuery, SQL, and Looker.Strong knowledge of predictive modeling, clustering, and statistical analysis.Experience with anti-fraud systems, risk detection, or high-integrity environments is a plus.Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data automation and analysis.Solid understanding of data pipeline optimization, query efficiency, and cost management.Excellent communication skills in English (Italian is a plus), with the ability to present complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail, self‑starter attitude, and ability to manage multiple projects independently.Growth & Career PathClear path to senior leadership : opportunity to grow into a Data Director role and build your own team, including ownership of roadmap, hiring, and mentoring.We offer a permanent contract.Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.What does it mean working at MAF?A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Work alongside international professionals in one of Europe’s fastest-growing digital marketing scale‑ups.Annual training budget for courses, events, or certifications—you choose your personal and professional path.Team‑building activities that mix brainstorming with fun and relaxation.Free meals, snacks, fruit, and drinks provided daily at the office.J-18808-Ljbffr#J-18808-Ljbffr
