Actual Talentis the talent acquisition consultancy that offers Executive Search, RPO and Talent Solutions.About the client: Our client is a global food company based in Barcelona, Spain, operates in over 50 countries across Europe and Africa, offering more than 30 local brands.Job description Ensure the reliability, safety, and compliance of production equipment ( wet areas : canned sauces, pesto and glass jar sauces, liquid broth in tetrapack;dry areas : bouillon cubes, infusions, and soluble products) through an integrated maintenance strategy ( corrective, preventive, and improvement ) that increases asset availability, reduces downtime, enhances team skills, and enables the digital transformation of the function.Key Responsibilities Maintenance StrategyDefine and implement thePreventive Maintenance Master Planfor wet & dry lines, packaging, and utilities (electricity, compressed air, steam, water, HVAC).Managecorrective and extraordinary maintenanceevents.Planplant shutdownsand annualshutdownsin collaboration with other company functions.Execution & Operational ContinuityEnsure24/7 coveragethrough shifts/on-call and Service Level Agreements for critical interventions.Guarantee execution of ordinary and/or extraordinary maintenance duringproduction stopsand/ornon-production weekends .Define strategies and contracts forspecialized external maintenanceon high-tech production lines.Ensure fullenergy continuityof the plant.Guarantee maximum availability ofgeneral servicessupporting the production site.Skills Development & Change ManagementDesign and activate anupskilling planfor senior technicians (fault diagnostics, automation, use of digital tools).Help identifytraining gapsfor operational teams (production, maintenance, quality) to build an integratedtraining plan .Mentor team leaders, manage resistance, and promote a culture ofcontinuous improvement .Digitalization & DataImplement/optimize the plantCMMS(master data, plans, history, spare parts, work orders).Measure and improve functionalKPIs :OEE ,MTTR ,MTBF , availability, maintenance cost per line, energy cost per unit produced.Quality & SafetyEnsure compliance withHACCP , GMP standards.Support internal/external audits.Help minimize Non-Quality Costs.PerformRisk Assessmentof operational assets.ApplyHSEstandards.Economic & Supplier ManagementDirect responsibility for maintenance OpEx budget.Contribute to CapEx plan drafting.Lifecycle managementof assets.Qualify and managesuppliers/contractors , negotiate service levels.Managespare partswarehouse (stock optimization, A/B/C criticality).Projects & InnovationLeadrevamping/automationprojects on wet/dry and packaging lines.Driveenergy efficiencyinitiatives in collaboration with Engineering.Collaborate with Corporate functions to build the technology roadmap.People & Generational ChangeWorkforce planning : retirements, internal mobility.Succession planningand support foronboardingnew resources (electrical/mechanical/automation).Promote a climate ofpsychological safetyand accountability for results.RequirementsDegree inEngineering(Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation, or Industrial with strong technical base).8–10 yearsof experience in industrial maintenance, including3–5 yearsin people management roles.Experience infood environmentsor with highquality and safety standards(HACCP/GMP).Experience inWorld Class Manufacturingcontexts (or similar Operational Excellence programs).Expertise incontinuous and packaging plants(wet & dry), utilities, and electrical/mechanical regulations.General knowledge ofPLC/SCADA systems , sensors, fault diagnostics.Advanced use ofCMMSandKPI analysis(OEE, MTTR, MTBF).Ability tomanage senior teams , change management, and on-the-job training.Data-driven mindsetand proficiency with digital tools (SAP, Office 365 suite, basic data analysis).#J-18808-Ljbffr
