Skillvue is an AI-powered SaaS platform for skills assessment, helping companies measure and develop employee skills, culture, and leadership. In today’s rapidly evolving job market, skills are the top priority for HR departments, and their relevance will continue to increase. Our platform enables companies to conduct Skill AI Assessments for both external and internal hiring, as well as targeted evaluations across their entire workforce.About the role As aLegal & Compliance Support , you will join the team and assist with legal, contractual, and compliance activities. Specifically, you will:Support the drafting, review, and filing of contracts (vendors, clients, NDAs, service agreements).Assist in managing and updating company policies (privacy, data protection, information security) in line with Skillvue’s needs.Support regulatory compliance activities and help prepare required documentation (checklists, procedures, reports).Conduct legal research, collect and organize reference materials, and maintain the legal and contract archives.Provide ad-hoc support to the HR team on contractual and employment law matters.Work closely with our DPO.RequiredDegree in Law or Legal Studies.Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR) and data protection principles.Strong interest in privacy, data protection and compliance, with a good inclination toward employment law and HR topics.Excellent command of English (C1 level or higher), both written and spoken.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team as well as interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude.Nice to havePrior experience (even short internships) in contract law, employment law, privacy/GDPR, or compliance.What we offerApprenticeship contract (duration and conditions according to applicable regulations).Growth opportunities within an innovative and rapidly scaling company.Company laptop and €8/day meal voucher.Continuous training and direct mentorship to build practical skills from day one.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Skillvue by 2xGet notified about new Legal Specialist jobs inGreater Milan Metropolitan Area .#J-18808-Ljbffr
