We’re looking for Electromechanical Technicians to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you’ll perform hands‑on maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery in the food production environment, ensuring reliability, safety, and efficiency every step of the way.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and industrial equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems (motors, pumps, valves, conveyor belts, compressors).Carry out inspections, adjustments, and calibrations to optimize machine performance.Support continuous production by reducing downtime and implementing technical improvements.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food industry quality standards.Collaborate with colleagues across production and technical teams to solve problems quickly and effectively.RequirementsTechnical diploma or certification in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.Hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and electrical).Familiarity with piping, pumps, valves, motors, and automation systems.Preferably HVAC experience (F‑gas certification is a plus).Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.Willingness to work in shifts and occasionally on‑call if required.Communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.Who is Xelvin?Xelvin is a Dutch consultancy company specializing in Engineering and Technical Trades.
