Overview Production Tech II, Robotics Manufacturing & Technical Operations – Job ID: | Amazon Robotics Amazon Robotics is seeking a Production Technician who will be responsible for Robotics assembly, Material Handling, and product packaging. This role is part of the Assembly and Logistics teams within the general manufacturing team, building, automated testing, and packaging of Amazon products manufactured internally. Responsibilities Produce electro-mechanical units using industry best practices, following written and verbal instructions. Shipping, receiving, maintaining, tracking, and delivering goods for manufacturing following appropriate protocols. Learn systems and tools for material management and coordinate delivery methods with suppliers and customers. Identify opportunities to improve processes to meet on-time delivery of goods. Operate Power Industrial Equipment and pallet jacks for loading and unloading trailers. Use general manufacturing tools (e.g., torque tools, wrenches, channel locks) as required and follow instructions. Basic Qualifications Can lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Strong attention to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced, automated, industrial, logistics, production or manufacturing environment. The base pay for this position ranges from $52,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $66,560/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
