OverviewWe are seekingManagersto strengthen our teams in Rome and Milan.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments, andStructure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needsProvide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problemsManage the workload while coaching team members to ensure a successful deliveryCommunicate recommendations and sensitive messages to senior level client audienceIn addition to this, you also build relationships beyond project assignments and are able to spot and help develop opportunities for future business.QualificationsQualifications:Have a minimum of five years of work experience in management consulting or industry experience in strategy related functions (an MBA is a plus)Strategy consulting experiences in one or more of the following Industry sectors: Energy & Utilities, TMT (Technology, Media, Telecom), Private Equity, Industrials, Travel & TransportationProven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positionsDeep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independentlyEntrepreneurship to break new ground, and eager to take personal risks in working environmentExcellent communication skills in Italian and EnglishYou are our ideal candidate if you:Can demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumenAre able to quickly develop an understanding of the client’s situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D.
