We need smart thinkers who bring skills, creativity and dedication to the table.Job description As a solution consultant/analyst in our global “SherpaX SI 3S CPQ project”, you will continue to shape and implement the foundation for the state‑of‑the‑art IT platform for the offering business in Smart Infrastructure. Together with the agile team, the product owner, the solution architect, the product manager and the development team, you will be the bridge between the business and the IT team and define the requirements and user stories for the new SF RCA CPQ solution. Integrations and information management from disparate information systems within Siemens SI IT application landscape, including interfaces to ERP and other systems, will play a key role to enable end‑to‑end business processes.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and elicit SI CPQ business needs.Research, plan, and explain to PO’s and developers what is required and oversee the progress and quality of the project.Work with the business and act as a bridge towards the IT team.Collaborate closely with the SI 3S CPQ architect to develop smart and efficient IT solutions.Break down business features into workable, manageable user stories.Work in an Agile Safe framework.Support evolution of the functional solution architecture.QualificationsMultiple years’ experience with Salesforce CPQ+ as a solutions consultant or user.Knowledge of SFDC development and/or Admin is a plus.Experience defining features and user stories in at least one large‑scale SDLC international project, preferably in the CPQ space.Experience presenting design solutions to PO’s or other decision makers and selling ideas to various audiences (technical and non‑technical).Orchestrate different internal and external teams on interfaces/processes to arrive at a common agreed solution.Experience in Agile DEVOPS SCRUM environment.Experience in Siemens processes, preferably in the Sales environment.Strong focus on meeting Siemens quality guidelines (for both product and processes).Strong team player and experience in international environment.A pragmatic mindset with output orientation.Fluent in English, both oral and written.BenefitsGrow as an individual with domain expertise.Guiding development teams with requirements and gaining experience toward SI business.Working in an international environment.Work‑life balance including remote working.Space to improve your soft skills for successful stakeholder relationship management.Equal Employment Opportunity We recognize that building a diverse workforce is essential to the success of our business.
