Internship Opportunities These internships offer the opportunity to gain operational experience in a dynamic and international academic environment, contributing to the daily management and strategic activities of Bocconi University. The internship is aimed at providing a comprehensive understanding of how an academic organization operates, with direct exposure to processes and interactions involving students, faculty, and administrative staff. Managing communication and organizational tools, such as emails, calendars, databases, and internal platforms. Supporting the planning and management of admission processes , including the review and verification of applications, communication with candidates, and management of data and documentation. Assisting with contact and follow-up activities with admitted, enrolled, and prospective students, ensuring accurate and timely communication with candidates and their families. Supporting the organization of Open Days, information sessions, and other orientation initiatives , in collaboration with other University units. Contributing to the definition and coordination of teaching and exam schedules , and managing teaching materials, course profiles, syllabi, and related academic documentation. Assisting with the organization and administration of exams , including setting up examination boards, collecting grades, and archiving records. Supporting the administration and monitoring of research funds assigned to faculty members, including reporting activities and document management. Depending on the assigned area, the internship will allow the intern to develop organizational, analytical, and communication skills, gain familiarity with academic processes, and acquire experience in a structured, service-oriented, and multicultural institution. Master’s Degree with an outstanding academic path. Fluency in English and Italian. Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 6 months paid internship. ~ Hands-on experience in a leading international academic institution. ~ Train on the job and professional development (e.g. training activities, Coursera courses, English training, professional orientation activities, …). ~ Access to Campus facilities and networking events. ~ Smart working and flexible hours.
