With over one million nights rented and 300,000 travelers from 169 countries, we offer short‑term RV rentals, long‑term campervan subscriptions, and vehicles for sale.THE ROLEWe’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service to open our new rental location in Turin . You will be the face of the company, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Manager, and responsible for outstanding customer service, fleet maintenance, and smooth depot operation.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check‑ins and check‑outs;Maintain the campervan fleet, monitor maintenance schedules and repairs;Assist in hiring, training, supervising, and coaching team members;Control bookings, manage stock, coordinate local suppliers and cleaning services;Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues to ensure smooth operations;Prepare and clean campervans;Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Travel enthusiast with direct customer contact experience; experience in tourism, hospitality, retail, or rent‑a‑car desirable;Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory);Eligible to work in Italy, holds a valid driver’s licence, and can drive a campervan (mandatory);Available to work weekends and national holidays;Responsible, reliable, and serious about work;Well‑organised and good at problem‑solving.OPENING DETAILSProjected start date: March 2026;Seasonal contract until November 2026.Are you ready to Go Indie?We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
