Angelo Po is seeking a Corporate Chef to join the Marketing team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communication. This strategic role bridges Marketing, R&D, and Sales, acting as the “Voice of the Customer” to accelerate innovation and development. The Corporate Chef will optimise chef‑related activities, develop and coordinate a network of chef ambassadors in key markets, and enhance feedback collection to drive business growth. What You’ll Do Support trade shows, events, training sessions, and live demonstrations Contribute to sales and marketing storytelling, including digital content Assist Sales in pre‑ and post‑sales activities, providing expert consultations and hands‑on training after installation Collect feedback and contribute to reporting and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights Supervise freelance Corporate Chefs and develop a network of chef ambassadors in key markets Ensure all initiatives are aligned with strategic company goals Test and validate products during development and improvement cycles Develop and refine recipes Collect and analyse user experience feedback Map kitchen processes and actively participate in innovation projects What You Bring Italian and fluency in English (another language is a plus) Proven experience in product development and training, preferably in professional kitchen equipment Advanced culinary skills and global knowledge of kitchen operations and technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Structured, strategic mindset and strong team orientation Strong availability to travel internationally and regular presence at company headquarters Knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations Why Join Us Support from a global organisation with local agility Learn from experienced professionals and grow your career Be part of a company that values character, creativity, courage and community Connect with us on LinkedIn for our latest content and news: Marmon Foodservice Technologies EIMEA Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing Industries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
