Social Media Manager ESN - Italy + Spain (gn) As a Social Media Manager (gn) at ESN you are responsible for managing our brand’s strategy in the Italian and the Spanish market and you’ll strengthen our presence on social media and play a key role in developing and executing our social media strategies. Your MissionYou are responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) in the Spanish and Italian market. You develop creative and engaging content that reflects the ESN brand identity and resonates with our target audience in Spain and Italy. You work closely with the international team and local partners to ensure our social media activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy. You analyze the performance of our social media campaigns and derive actionable insights to improve reach and engagement. You ensure that ESN’s brand message remains consistent across all social media channels, keeping our audience engaged with fresh content and campaigns. You build up our accounts for the Spanish and Italian market and ensure engagement with the community.Your QualificationsYou have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. You bring 1+ years of experience in social media marketing and have successfully managed social media campaigns for brands (preferably in the FMCG or sports nutrition industry). You have a deep understanding of key social media platforms and tools and know how to create content that appeals to various audiences. You are skilled in social media data analysis and use insights to continuously optimize your strategies. You are a team player and enjoy working cross-functionally and you are familiar with the specifics of the Italian and Spanish market. You speak Spanish and Italian fluently.Why choose us?
