Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure & Defend, Observe & Protect, Explore, Travel & Navigate.We are looking for an IVVQ EngineerCANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS USPROFILE:You have graduated with a Master of Engineering (Aeronautical/Space Engineering, Computer Science, …) and have a significant proven experience (3 to 5 years) among the following: Test, Integration, Verification, ValidationYou are recognised as a team player and enjoy collaborative workYou are analytical, structured and syntheticYou are considered as a problem-solverYou sound convincing and persuasiveYou enjoy dealing with diverse and complex projects COMPETENCIES:You have a deep understanding of the Engineering Project Management PrinciplesYou have good knowledge of:Component testingIntegration & VerificationTest automationTest equipmentTest ManagementValidation & AcceptanceYou know how to deal with data, and you are familiar with programming languagesYou have a proven capacity to ensure success by meeting deadlines and achieving a balanced budgetYou demonstrate strong leadership and are willing to mentor and grow junior team membersYou know how to use your creativity to give full customer satisfactionLIFE AS A THALES IVVQ ENGINEERING ROLEAs an IVVQ Engineering Role within Thales, you will be ensuring the test preparation and execution according to the strategy given by the IVVQ Manager and:Perform module, program or unit testing of individual software componentsDefine step by step the integration tree consistent with the system release planDevelop/deploy/maintain software that performs or supports test activities such as test management, test design, test execution and results checkingProvide investigative support of a staging or SIL environment with the help of software or hardware toolsIdentify test equipment; standard or specialised and any special calibration requirements required at each Test ActivityPlan, estimate, monitor and control IVVQ activitiesIdentify the means required (enabling System) to validate the Solution, and then to define the operational scenarii and the criteria of validation to objectively assess compliance of the SolutionSatisfy customer’s expectationsPrepare test campaigns, run the tests and analyse the resultsWrite and update the integration and verification test procedures documentationLead the demonstration to the end customerYOUR CAREER AT THALESFuture opportunities will allow you to discover other domains or sites.
