Design Manager for Mobile Network Infrastructures Engineering Sede: RomaAmbito: Chief Technology Office – Competence Development Area Siamo alla ricerca di persone con laurea in Ingegneria Civile e iscrizione all’Ordine degli Ingegneri , da inserire nel ruolo di Design Manager per l’Ingegneria delle Infrastrutture di Rete Mobile presso la nostra sede di Roma.Attività principali Le risorse selezionate si occuperanno di:• Redigere capitolati di gara per la realizzazione delle infrastrutture di siti mobili, considerando tutti gli ambiti coinvolti e i diversi stakeholder (professionisti, imprese edili, fornitori di apparati tecnologici), nel rispetto delle normative vigenti e con attenzione all’innovazione tecnologica, alla sostenibilità ambientale e all’efficienza energetica.• Elaborare procedure di controllo per verificare, sia da remoto che in loco, la corretta applicazione di quanto previsto nei capitolati.• Definire procedure di verifica della fatturazione relative ai lavori eseguiti.In particolare, tale attività dovrà essere svolta con riferimento al processo di integrazione delle competenze funzionali al percorso di trasformazione aziendale in atto.Competenze tecniche richieste • Conoscenza delle procedure di collaudo e certificazione delle opere • Esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di siti mobili (rooftop, raw land, shelter)• Familiarità con gli standard tecnici su materiali, fondazioni, ancoraggi e soluzioni strutturali• Competenze sui sistemi tecnologici di sito (energia, condizionamento, batterie) con focus sul risparmio energetico• Padronanza di software di progettazione e modellazione strutturale (CAD, BIM), in particolare per la progettazione di fondazioni, torri, pali e shelterRequisiti • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nella progettazione e realizzazione di infrastrutture per siti radiomobili• Possesso delle seguenti certificazioni :o Coordinatore per la sicurezza nei cantieri temporanei e mobili (CSP/CSE) – obbligatoria (D.Lgs. 81/08, 120 ore)o Conoscenza del Codice Appalti (D.Lgs. 50/2016)o Conoscenza delle norme UNI/EN per costruzioni e impianti (es. UNI EN 50341, UNI EN 50110)o Certificazione su Eurocodici strutturali (EN 199x)o Certificazioni su materiali da costruzione (acciaio, cemento armato, materiali compositi)Cosa offriamo Offriamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato e formazione continua all’interno di un ambiente professionale dinamico e strategico , fortemente orientato all’innovazione e alla gestione dei processi chiave di TIM.
