Overview Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable solutions for hot water and space heating, components and burners. The Digital Transformation Program has been launched to bring radical innovation across the value chain through the adoption of digital technologies. To make this happen, the group is aiming to introduce new skills and expertise with a strong mix of business understanding and technical know‑how. The Digital Career Program The program is aimed at open‑minded, ambitious and talented young graduates who want to start their career path in the digital world. They will support the development of new solutions and technologies to enable Ariston Group digitalization in different digital areas (sales, services, supply chain, operations, finance, IoT, data management, cyber security & management, procurement & quality). Participants will experience our corporate culture and values and they will: Be trained on business processes, IT and digital technologies and specific soft skills Be followed and supported by a dedicated tutor Experience how to work within digital transformation projects Qualifications Are you a student or new graduate with a Master’s Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or Statistics ?
