Our workforce of 11,737 people is located in the places where our customers are – in 92 locations in 25 countries.We are looking for an:Op Ex Specialist (m/f/x)Where we need youAs an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming and optimizing the production process at our plant in Laives/Leifers (BZ).Main responsabilities:Maintain and implement Operational Excellence (Op Ex) and RAPS (Röchling Automotive Production System) standards across various areas (value-adding activities, material flow, information flow and management)Execute and document Op Ex workshops and eventsIdentify and resolve improvement issues through root-cause analysisApply methods to establish robust, sustainable and waste-free processesRegularly coordinate with supervisors, plant managers and internal groupsTrain and qualify value stream areas in Op Ex and RAPS principlesDevelop and improve Op Ex and RAPS standards and KPI systemsEmpower the organization to achieve cost savings and cultural change towards a lean organization How to convince usEducational background in a technical or engineering fieldKnowledge and experience in applying operational excellence methods such as Lean ManufacturingPrevious experience in Lean Management roles, preferably within the automotive sector and in OperationsExcellent English proficiencyWillingness to travel nationally and internationally The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and mediation skills, along with project management abilities and a problem-solving orientation.What we offerIndividualized new-hire training plan, flexible working hours, overtime compensation, working time
