Your quest will be to: Support senior product managers in defining and executing the product vision and roadmap Collaborate with design, development, and data teams throughout the product lifecycle Support live operations by planning, scheduling, and coordinating engaging in‑game events to keep players excited and active Help manage production tasks, ensuring priorities are clear, deadlines are met, and the team stays aligned Monitor game performance and player metrics, helping to identify opportunities for improvement Assist in planning and running A/B tests to validate new ideas and optimize gameplay Help coordinate cross‑functional tasks across departments such as customer support, data, monetization, QA, and live ops Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress and insights to the wider team To start playing, you will need: 1+ year of experience in product management, data analysis, or project coordination (internships welcome) Passion for F2P mobile games and understanding of what makes players tick Strong analytical and numerical skills Basic understanding of agile workflows and project management principles Great communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets The type of player we’re looking for: A true game lover Curious and eager to learn Data‑driven and detail‑oriented Enjoys solving problems and finding creative solutions Takes initiative and ownership of their work A team player with a positive attitude Use critical thinking: Don’t assume - validate your gut feeling Take ownership: Make it happen Love what you do: Have fun while doing it Focus on the real problem: Not just the symptoms.
