Join to apply for the IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role at IFM srl 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Study and analyze the client’s characteristics, added value and macro‐objectives, translating these into a project that meets gathered requirements. Coordinate project development by planning and organizing resource activities, ensuring time, cost, quality and requirement constraints are met and that project documentation is properly produced. Qualifications Degree with IT experience and at least 5 years in a similar role. Experience in gathering IT/business requirements and producing functional analysis documents, even on complex projects. Experience designing complex systems and interfacing with software development teams. Project management experience from planning to client hand‑over, including analysis, design, and testing, alongside resource coordination. Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies such as UML. Strong client relationship management, teamwork, stakeholder interaction, communication, listening and problem‑solving skills. Desired Skills Project Management certificates. SQL language knowledge. Java/PHP programming experience. Client support and assistance experience. Location & Employment Office: Calabria - Catanzaro (hybrid). Working hours: full‑time. Hiring model: direct entry into the company. Salary and position will be commensurate with experience and technical skills.
