Il team è composto da oltre 500 risorse tra ingegneri, tecnici e project manager ed è guidato dallo scopo condiviso di fornire i migliori servizi di ingegneria per un mondo migliore e sostenibile. Per ampliamento del nostro organico stiamo ricercando una figura di BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER  con esperienza in impianti di generazione, reti elettriche, cabine MT/AT e sistemi di accumulo (BESS), capace di creare nuove opportunità, sviluppare strategie sui clienti chiave e promuovere il cross-selling su tutti i servizi del Gruppo Seingim. Descrizione La figura sarà inserita nel gruppo commerciale a riporto diretto del Sales & Vertical Markets Director e avrà un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo della strategia commerciale e nella gestione delle relazioni con i principali clienti attivi e prospect del settore Power & Renewables. In particolare avrà le seguenti responsabilità principali: Sviluppare opportunità di business nel mercato Power & Renewables individuando nuovi clienti e progetti di interesse ed in particolar modo opportunità commerciali su impianti di generazione classici o rinnovabili, eolico e sistemi di accumulo. Gestire e consolidare i rapporti con clienti strategici (developer, utility, investitori, EPC e general contractor) assicurando continuità e crescita del portafoglio. Promuovere il cross-selling di tutti i servizi Seingim (ingegneria multidisciplinare, permitting, Direzione Lavori, HSE, project management, commissioning, ecc.). Coordinarsi con i team tecnici e di proposta per elaborare offerte tecnico-economiche competitive e di valore in costante allineamento con la Direzione Commerciale Monitorare il mercato, i trend normativi e tecnologici anticipando le esigenze dei clienti. Partecipare a eventi e momenti di networking nel settore energetico per potenziare la visibilità e la presenza commerciale del Gruppo. Reporting periodico sulle attività svolte e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale.
