As IT Continuous Improvement Expert you drive and elevate the maturity of process improvement initiatives across the organization by embedding a culture of continuous improvement enhancing operational excellence and enabling sustainable change through data‑driven methodologies and stakeholder engagement.How you’ll make an impactDrive Process Maturity Development Process in ITDrive or support strategic improvements projects and deliver process management utilizing Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and other CI methodologies like PDCA 8DConstantly review process and tools quality and costs to guarantee operational excellence and propose improvementsDerive insights and conclusions based on the data evaluation applying statistical methods and data analyticsContinuously improve the data collection, measurement and investigation processIdentify and track costs / benefits associated with improvementsUse the knowledge of Customer Value and Voice of the Customer based on Lean Six Sigma and apply it within assigned responsibilityConvey compelling insights to varying levels within the organization using storytelling techniques and delivering presentations to senior management and across IT organizationsResponsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.Your backgroundMinimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Continuous Improvement SpecialistLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (mandatory)At least 5 years of experience as an IT AuditorPrior experience working in an international matrixed organization is preferredStrong rational capabilities with proven expertise in data interpretation and insight generationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level or aboveSkilled in data management and visualization tools including Power BIProficient in mTab for data investigation and reportingWorking knowledge of ServiceNow platformExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levelsExperience in Organizational Change Management; PROSCI certification is considered an assetITIL certification is a plusMore about usWe offer you the opportunity to work with fantastic people and develop yourself on projects that present great technical challenges and have a real impact.Qualified individuals with a disability may request a reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access the Hitachi Energy career site as a result of your disability.
