So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure monthly closing with P&L preparation and explanation of the resultAnalysis of actual variances toward budget/forecast and proposal of corrective actionsPreparation of forecast, annual budget and multi‑year strategic planMonitoring of logistic costs, packaging and inventory adjustment movements with focus on the deviationMonitoring of material price variances with focus on the deviationStandard cost definition for the new year with periodic monitoringEnsure compliance with internal controls and accounting standardsMonitoring of SOX compliance business processesCollaborate with cross‑functional teamsPreparation of business cases and ad‑hoc projectsExperience RequiredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain‑related roles.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control principles.Ability to work with large datasets and perform variance analysis.Detail‑oriented with a proactive attitude.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Fluent in English (spoken and written).What We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
