Il Chief Operating Officer (COO) sarà responsabile della supervisione e dell'ottimizzazione delle attività operative, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici e di budget nell'area geografica di riferimento. Il ruolo prevede la promozione di una cultura orientata al cliente, la gestione efficiente dei progetti e degli impianti, e il rispetto delle normative vigenti, con particolare attenzione alla qualità, sicurezza e sostenibilità ambientale.ResponsabilitàContribuire alla definizione e all'implementazione della strategia, del budget e degli obiettivi operativi, coordinando le attività nei settori Construction, Operations, Maintenance, QSE e Ingegneria.Monitorare costantemente i risultati attraverso indicatori di performance, previsioni economiche e analisi P&L, proponendo azioni correttive quando necessario.Supervisionare progetti e servizi operativi, ottimizzando l'allocazione delle risorse e garantendo il rispetto di tempi, costi e standard di qualità.Controllare la gestione economica dei progetti in corso, individuando scostamenti e implementando misure preventive per assicurare la consegna puntuale.Promuovere il miglioramento continuo e la collaborazione tra i diversi dipartimenti, ottimizzando processi e sistemi operativi.Assicurare il rispetto delle normative e delle politiche interne relative a qualità, sicurezza e ambiente.Coordinare e sviluppare le risorse umane, incentivando motivazione, benessere e crescita professionale.Supportare eventuali processi di M&A fornendo competenze tecniche sui progetti e asset gestiti.Diffondere una cultura orientata alla generazione di valore, alla soddisfazione del cliente e alla collaborazione interfunzionale.Partecipare al comitato di direzione con responsabilità sulle aree operative, manutentive, costruttive e di compliance QSE.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Meccanica o Chimica (triennale o magistrale).Esperienza consolidata nel settore biogas / biometano o in ambiti affini.Competenze avanzate in project management e gestione aziendale.Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in ruoli manageriali simili.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana; inglese fluente e / o portoghese.Ottima padronanza di MS Office e strumenti digitali per il management operativo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
