Controller (m/f/d)Join to apply for the Controller (m/f/d) role at cosnova Italia .Location: Milan.Company overviewcosnova Italia S.r.l. – a part of the cosnova group, known for brands such as Essence and Catrice, available in more than 90 countries with annual sales around 1 billion euros.ResponsibilitiesPreparation and organization of monthly and annual closings, as well as budget and forecasting processes.Creation and continuous improvement of management reports and profitability analyses for decision-making.Independent preparation of variance analyses and ad hoc analyses with actionable recommendations.Contribution to financial analysis of key investments and support for initiatives aimed at efficiency and cost optimization.Further development of reporting tools (e.g., dashboards/cockpits) and internal analyses in cooperation with Headquarters.Participation in internal projects related to process improvement and system development (including AI tools).Support in cost controlling with focus on general and administrative costs, logistics, and CAPEX, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.Business partnering with specialized departments (including Sales) to support budget preparation, forecasting, and customer strategy discussions.Preparation of regular KPI reports and performance analyses (e.g., Profit and Loss (P.L.), customer Profit and Loss (P.L.)) for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably in FMCG/consumer goods.Strong analytical skills, process understanding, and eagerness to continuously learn.Structured, reliable, independent working style with strong team spirit.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines (e.g., closing, budget, forecast).Proactive, goal-oriented, hands-on approach.Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus.Excellent written and spoken English.Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to HQ in Germany.BenefitsAttractive working environment with creative freedom in a stylish office.Motivated colleagues fostering teamwork.Family business culture – owner-managed, sustainable, and accessible at all levels.Flexibility through smart working and flexible hours.Prospects for onboarding, continuous training, job rotation, and further development.ContactNina Herbst – Senior HR Manager InternationalSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting / Auditing and FinanceIndustriesPersonal Care Product ManufacturingWe look forward to receiving your complete job application in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
